1. Any advert we design is our property, by request and only on block bookings we may send you the advert for use in other publications.
2. Any front covert advert that we design will not be released for use within other magazines until the following month and then only when payment has been received in full and by our consent.
3. Any advert that has been published in the magazine with a fault, not on the proof, will be reprinted correctly in the following issue. No money will be refunded.
4. Any advert passed as a proof with a fault found at a later date will be charged at full price. It is the responsibility of the advertiser to check the proof carefully
5. No material from the magazine or website is to be reproduced without the written consent of Northlight Publications.
6. All payment is strictly on the terms agreed. We may at our discretion publish the names of non payers.
7. If payment has not been made at our discretion we may stop a block booking, during it's run until payment has been provided.
8. Northlight Publications or Publish Arts assume no responsibility for error, omissions or consequences of reliance on the Wibsey Word, Wyke Awake, Shelf & Northowram magazines or this website.

9 We do not offer credit and expect payment when the advert is placed. If we have been promised payment and this has not been received we will cancel the booking and re invoice for the placed advert for the one month cost and an administration charge of the cost of the advert plus 15%.

Cancellation And Refund Policy


1. Adverts can be cancelled up to one week before the date of print and refunds will be made if payment has been accepted. We will charge for any artwork that has been created at the time of cancellation at the following rates. Size 1/8th £40 - Size 1/4 £50 - Size 1/2 £60 - Size full Page £80 and front cover £95
