This month in Spotlight on Wibsey we focus on The Conservatory Company Ltd, a family-run construction business with over 20 years’ experience. Situated on Wibsey High Street, the branch is a division of Beechwood Construction Ltd and will soon be advertising and operating under this title.

Husband and wife team Eugene and Amanda Stirk are the proprietors of the business, now in its third generation, which prides itself on workmanship and delivering a personal touch. The Fensa and FMB registered company is a member of the TrustMark Warranty Scheme and specialises in not only conservatories but also smaller extensions and windows and doors.

After 4 years located on Wibsey High Street, Amanda is enjoying being part of a community which itself is based on family heritage: “I have found that Wibsey is almost a town within a town, people are not afraid not pop in as they pass by and are always welcome to no-obligation advice.”

Amanda runs the branch along with sales officer Tom when he isn’t in Lanzarote, whereas Eugene oversees the building process. Eugene himself is keen to stress that Beechwood deliver the whole ‘shooting match’ from planning to construction, and have their own team of Electricians and plumbers to ensure cohesive and efficient service.

Though operating as far a field as York, the company are keen to stress that delivering the personal touch will always be their key aim, and what better place to do so than Wibsey?
