This month’s Business Watch focuses on Fountains Kitchens and Bathrooms. Situated on Royds Enterprise Park off upper Beacon Road, the company has been in operation for five years, though only relocated to Wibsey from Leeds Road in January.
Co-owners Jamie and Kaul cited their experience of village life as a key factor in moving the business to the area: “We’re local boys and figured that we are offering something not available in the immediate area” says hands-on man Jamie.
The company motto is “Trade prices to the public” and Kaul, who runs the admin side of the firm, is keen to stress that the services includes fitting also: “We like to see through the process from beginning to end.
”Whilst the Enterprise Park itself is in the early commercial stages, Fountains feel that bringing an established name to the development will encourage further business and public recognition. After securing a firm base, further expansion may then be on the cards.
With a sizeable showroom offering well-known products such as NEF, Bosch and Smeg and with 50% off many suites, Fountains seem to have hit the ground running, and look set to make a welcome contribution to the village.
