Knit and Natter

Member meet at 2pm on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month. Machine and hand knitting is in action. Some are learning crochet. Come and joinn this happy band at Green Lane

Computer Group


Members meet at Wyke Manor drop in session between 6-8pm each Wednesday to work on own skills and projects and help to develop New Horizons website. Learn to use a computer to support your other hobbies and interests.

Wyke Writers Workshop

This group meets Thursday 2-4pm. If you want to write or think thatever given the chance then why not join us at Green Lane. We want everyone to have the chance to get their thoughts, memories and feelings recorded on paper. If you can't travel to the centre then we will find other possibilities of meeting with you.

Indoor Bowling

Every Friday 10-2pm. Why not try some gentle exercise, make new friends and enjoy pleasant conversation. Have a laugh, enjoy a cup of tea and biscuits. All for £1 per session.


Other activitiesat New Horizons include Sugarcraft, Line Dancing, Modern & Sequence Dancing, Walking, Bell Ringing and Craft.
